Unfortunately this is so often the case when we as qualified electricians carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports, E.I.C.R's for short. E.I.C.R;s are designed to thoroughly test and inspect your homes electrical installation which is vitally important if you want peace of mind that everything is safe in your home. The recommended time period between E.I.C.R,s in domestic properties is every 5 years, however if you are a landlord it is also recommended for each change of occupancy. Please remember that your electrical installation needs to be maintained and just because you cant see electricity don't forget about it. Thanks for reading and I hope this post encourages at least one of you reading it to get your system checked out. Better to be safe than sorry! #2 nico (Friday, 23 June 2017 05:15) I am all for safety. Thanks for letting me know about this.
